Terms of use of the Atlas Jet platform.

1. The company

This website and the Atlas Jet platform are operated by Atlas Global Jet S.r.l., Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano (MI), Italy ("Atlas Jet"). All content, trademarks, renders, illustrations and software are the property of Atlas Global Jet S.r.l. or its licensors. All rights reserved.

2. Nature of the service

Atlas Jet is a private aviation sourcing and brokerage platform. Atlas Jet does not own or operate aircraft and is not an air carrier. Flights are performed by independent, licensed air operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate, under their own operational control and conditions of carriage. Atlas Jet acts as an intermediary between you and the operating carrier.

3. Indicative information

Flight times, routings, fuel figures, aircraft availability, market price ranges and any other figure shown on the platform before a written offer are indicative estimates produced with the help of data providers and artificial intelligence systems. They do not constitute an offer and are not binding. A binding offer exists only when Atlas Jet sends you a written quotation with an identified aircraft and price, and a contract exists only upon your written acceptance and, where required, payment.

4. Requests, offers and confirmation

By submitting a request you authorise Atlas Jet to contact air operators and service providers on your behalf and to process your data as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy. Offers are valid for the period stated in the offer. Confirmation, payment terms, cancellation terms, passenger documentation and conditions of carriage are those stated in the written offer and in the operating carrier's terms, which prevail for the performance of the flight.

5. Artificial intelligence

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Atlas Jet informs users that the platform uses AI systems to compute and compare options and to assist the flight desk. Such systems operate under human oversight; no booking, price or contract is generated automatically without human confirmation; and no automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is taken about you. Where you interact with an AI assistant, it is identified as such.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Jet is not liable for the performance of flights by operating carriers, for delays, cancellations or damages arising from the carriage of passengers or baggage, which are governed by the applicable conventions (including the Montreal Convention 1999 and Regulation (EC) 261/2004 where applicable) and by the carrier's terms, nor for reliance on indicative figures shown before a written offer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, to attempt to access other users' request pages, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Private request links are personal and must not be shared with third parties.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence apply, and disputes may be brought before the courts of that country; the European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For business users, the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction.
