1. Data controller
The data controller is Atlas Global Jet S.r.l. ("Atlas Jet", "we"), Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano (MI), Italy. You can reach us at privacy@atlasglobaljet.com or via WhatsApp at +39 379 307 1186 for any matter concerning this notice.
2. What Atlas Jet is
Atlas Jet is a private aviation sourcing platform. We do not operate aircraft. We compute routings, flight times, fuel and indicative market prices, we compare aircraft availability across a network of independent licensed air operators, and our flight desk arranges charter flights, and related ground services, on your behalf. Some of these computations are performed by artificial intelligence systems as described in section 8.
3. Data we process and why
- Request data (route, dates, passengers, aircraft preferences, needs on board and on the ground): processed to prepare options and offers for your flight. Legal basis: performance of pre contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contact data (name, telephone, email, company): processed to send you options, offers and confirmations, and to manage your private request page and its chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Passenger data (names, dates of birth, identity or passport details) when a flight is confirmed: shared with the operating carrier and the airports as required by aviation and security law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical and security data (IP address, device, browser, access logs): processed to run and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics data, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): aggregate audience and performance measurement, without advertising profiles and without cross site tracking.
- Marketing communications, only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
Your request data may be shared with: the licensed air operators and, where relevant, ground service providers (handling, catering, chauffeur) needed to prepare and perform your flight; our technology providers acting as processors (hosting and infrastructure on Vercel Inc., flight data and market data providers, messaging and storage providers), bound by data processing agreements; professional advisers and authorities where required by law. We never sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Transfers take place under the European Commission's adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable) or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
6. Retention
Request and contact data are kept for 24 months after the last interaction, or for 10 years after a confirmed flight for accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data are kept in aggregate form for 26 months. Chat threads are kept for the same period as the related request.
7. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary technical cookies (session, security, consent preference), which do not require consent under Art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Guidelines of the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali of 10 June 2021, and, only with your consent, first party analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the banner will appear again. Your consent preference is stored locally in your browser for 12 months.
8. Artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
Atlas Jet uses AI systems to: compute airway routings, flight times, fuel and indicative market price ranges; compare aircraft availability and suitability for a mission; assist the flight desk in preparing a shortlist of options; and, where indicated, assist in written conversations. In accordance with the Artificial Intelligence Act, we inform you that: (a) wherever you interact with an AI system it is identified as such; (b) our AI systems operate under human oversight and every price, aircraft and booking is confirmed by a person and by the operating carrier before it becomes binding; (c) we do not use AI to take automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; (d) we do not use emotion recognition, biometric categorisation or any prohibited practice; (e) you may request human review of any output at any time by writing to the flight desk. Indicative figures shown before a written offer are estimates and not contractual.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may exercise these rights by writing to privacy@atlasglobaljet.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.
10. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access control, private links with unique tokens for request pages, and least privilege access for our staff and providers.
